Your duties will include assisting with pension data maintenance, payment processing, payroll administration, and benefit calculations.

    • Responsibilities:

      • Reviewing documents and compiling indexes to facilitate information searches.
      • Managing basic data processing activities for various projects.
      • Handling fulfillment of letters and documentation.
      • Timely processing of daily tickets and tasks.
      • Providing support for special projects and additional tasks as required.
      • Accurately billing time to ensure client billings are correct.
      • Ensuring quality service delivery to existing clients.
      • Identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Education Required:
