- 1. Conditions of Service The terms of service will be applicable in accordance with the company’s current regulations from time to time. Depending on the needs of the company, selected applicants may be posted or transferred to any location in India upon appointment. Five years will be the minimum amount of time spent in the original posting location. At the company’s option, candidates chosen to be Specialist Officers could have to stay in the same field for at least ten years. However, in accordance with company policies, they will still be qualified for promotions.

Education Required:
M.B.B.S / M.D. / M.S. or PG – Medical Degree from a recognized University 1 Doctors (MBBS) OR equivalent foreign degrees which are recognized as such by the National Medical Commission (Formerly Medical Council of India) with the prescribed benchmark. Furthermore, the candidate must be holding a valid registration from National Medical Commission (Formerly Medical Council of India) or any State Medical Council (as applicable for Allopathy) as on date of the scheduled interview.
2 Legal Graduate / Post Graduate in Law from a recognized University with at least 60% marks in either of the degree examination (at least 55% for SC/ST) candidates. Chartered Accountant (ICAI) / Cost Accountant (ICWA) OR 3 Finance 4 Information Technology B.COM / M.COM from a recognized University with at least 60% marks in either of the degree examination (at least 55% for SC/ST) candidates. B.E / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology / MCA from a recognized University with at least 60% marks in either of the degree examination (at least 55% for SC/ST) candidates. 5 Automobile Engineering B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech in Automobile Engineering OR B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech in any branch of Engineering together with Diploma (at least one year duration) in Automoblie Engineering from a recognized University with at least 60% marks in either of the degree examination (at least 55% for SC/ST) candidates. 6 Generalist Officers Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream from a recognized University with at least 60% marks in either of the degree examination (at least 55% for SC/ST) candidates.
Minimum Age: 21 years Maximum Age: 30 years, as on 01.05.2025 i.e., a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.05.1995 and not later than 01.05.2004 (both dates inclusive).

SALARY :
In accordance with the scale of Rs. 50925-2500(14)-85925-2710(4)-96765, the starting basic wage would be Rs. 50,925. Other allowances may be permitted in accordance with the company’s periodically updated regulations. The monthly total salary in metropolitan centers will be around Rs. 90,000. Additional benefits, including medical benefits, group personal accident insurance, gratuities, LTS, and pensions under the PFRDA-governed New Pension scheme, will be provided in accordance with the company’s current policies at the time of appointment (Page 2 of 36). According to the rules, the officers are also entitled to the company’s or leased housing.
