What you will do

    • Job Summary:
       We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional customer service to our candidates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to problem-solve, and a passion for helping others. This role requires exceptional customer service skills to assist customers through both voice and non-voice channels.
      Key Responsibilities:
      • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
      • Resolving customer issues and escalating to the appropriate department if necessary.
      • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the database as necessary.
      • Assisting with customer retention by building relationships and addressing any concerns.
      • Continuously improving the customer experience by identifying areas of improvement and proposing solutions.
      • Manage large amounts of Tickets.
      • Build sustainable relationships and trust with learners through open and interactive communication.

Education Required:

  • Any Qualification


  • Requirements:
    • A minimum of 6 Months – 2 Year experience in a Customer Support role(Nonvoice & Voice)
    • Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
    • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
    • Experience in a fast-paced customer support environment.
    • Knowledge of customer relationship management software.
    • Should have a laptop.
    • Proficient in English and Hindi, Telugu
