Interview Management: Arrange and plan interviews, making sure that all participants are prepared.
Organise interviewees’ schedules to prevent misunderstandings.Record-keeping and Aftercare:
Keep thorough records of all correspondence, applicant evaluations, and scheduling.
Send follow-up emails with comments and next steps after the interview.
Solving issues and multitasking:
Conflicts in scheduling should be resolved right away.
Manage several interviews at the same time with effectiveness.
Sourcing Candidates:
To find candidates, make use of professional networks, social media, and job boards.
Create and manage a network of suitably qualified applicants.
Interviewing and screening:
Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
Organise and plan the interview process with the hiring managers.
Monitoring and Reporting on Applications:
Maintain the ATS to ensure that candidate data is current.
Keep track of and report on metrics related to recruitment.
Working together:
To comprehend staffing demands, collaborate closely with hiring managers.
Give frequent updates and work together on the candidate

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
