JOB DESCRIPTION:
- You need to Study the sellers’ profiles for updation
- Yu have to make a Call the sellers to collect the business related Information and update it in the seller’s catalog sheet.
- You are going to Validate information which is previously updated in the profile.
- You will be Instruct clients about the assistances of this free service for his business and Reply sellers’ queries
- You have to Place the cases with suitable reason codes basis the chat with the respective sellers
- You have to Establish follow up calls as desired by the sellers
- You are going to Maintain the quality outcomes by following to standards and guidelines
- You are responsible to Achieve the daily or Weekly or Monthly business targets.
- This is a Part time work for 3-4 hrs in a Day.
- You must have Language Proficiency English, Hindi and Reginal language i.e. Telugu
