															JOB ROLE :Customer Support Associate-Non Voice Process

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The Selected  Candidates Roles and ResponsibilitiesYou Need to Manage inbound Call via Chat and solve customers queries, register complaints. You have to Proactively keeps up to date on new procedures You must have Complete understanding of the platform and process. You should Complete ability and empowerment to provide end to end resolution (including online and offline if required) You are the Complete responsibility of a customer interaction, including liaising with other team members for resolution and follow through (if applicable) You need to Deliver targeted results measured by customer satisfaction, end to end process effectiveness, efficiency and quality You need to work on Rotational Shift 24×7 Will be provided Rotational Week Off – 1 in week. Desired Candidate Profile : You must have Good verbal and written Communication in English You need to have Typing Speed minimum: 30 Wpm with Accuracy : 90% You Must have the below requirements for applying – Personal Laptop/desktop with active webcam- Internet connection any Broadband / Wi-Fi connection with minimum 50 Mbps Speed Operating System – Windows 10 and above System RAM 4GB Minimum i3 or AMD Ryzen_3 and more.
