Assist the operations team with daily tasks, such as database administration, document verification, and case analysis.
Help with our clients’ background checks, making sure they are accurate and in accordance with corporate guidelines.
Work together with cross-functional teams to promptly address any operational problems or client questions.Provide suggestions for streamlining and improving processes.
Make outgoing calls to collect the required data and follow up on requests for verification.
Respect established procedures and policies to preserve the security and confidentiality of data.
Finish projects and activities entrusted to you with precision and attention to detail by the deadline.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
