1. Customer Service:
Through phone, email, and live chat, among other means of communication, keep an eye on and promptly support clients.
Troubleshoot client tickets and offer detailed instructions or solutions.
Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal teams, elevating difficult problems or comments as needed to guarantee prompt resolution.
Assist clients in making efficient use of the SP digital logistics platform by responding to questions about how to set up accounts and navigate its features and functionalities.
2. Adoption Enhancement – Customer Success:
Keep an eye on client KPI adherence and user acceptance throughout the platform.
Review sessions are a proactive way to include users and promote product uptake and value.
Always look for ways to improve the customer experience by finding ways to streamline procedures.
Put initiatives into action to raise customer happiness and engagement.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
Good in Excel and / or Presentation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical clients.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving client issues and inquiries.
Any past experience with basic technical troubleshooting, logistics software, CRM tools, help desk, similar client facing role, is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support client business needs.

Take ownership of work assigned and persistence to closure.
Quick learner and internal drive for continuous improvement.
Experience or interest in software or technology-related customer support.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with clients’ needs and concerns.
