JOB DESCRIPTION:
Engineer for Software Support
Create and evaluate software components using low-level designs and functional requirements.
Create and refine database queries, carry out CRUD tasks, and put stored procedures into action.Test both manually and automatically, diagnose problems, and close service tickets.
Application Support Engineers write and test stored procedures and database queries to support and maintain enterprise applications.
Follow operational protocols for executing test cases, diagnosing problems, and resolving service tickets.
Make that the software’s functionality complies with low-level designs and business needs.Manage IT infrastructures by adhering to system operations manuals and standard operating procedures.
Verify adherence to customer communication and security protocols.
To ensure seamless operations, maintain and keep an eye on production servers, apps, and scheduled jobs.

Education Required:
🎓 Education Requirements
Any Graduate (BE/BTech/BSc/BA/BCom, etc.) from 2023, 2024, or 2025 batch
Candidates with 0–2 years of experience may also be considered

Basic understanding of programming fundamentals or business processes (for tech roles)
