What you will do
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and craft effective job descriptions.
- Source and attract top talent using various channels and platforms.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit with our culture.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Education Required:
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting for Marketing and Content roles.
- A keen eye for talent and the ability to identify candidates who align with our values and goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with HR tools and applicant tracking systems.
