JOB ROLE :Customer Support Intern
Location - WORK FROM HOME
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- You need to Respond to customer queries and Close customer tickets via Email
- You need to Ensure SLA & CSAT
- You have to Constant upgrade of your skills on the Truecaller for Business Product and the features
- You should have Technical and debugging knowledge of the issues
Education Required:
- Must have Bachelor’s degree
- Any stream
- 2019-2023 batch
Skills Required:
- Excellent oral and written communication and people interactions skills
- Work independently and own the raised matter till closure
- Comfortable working with flexible shifts including weekend. Comp off to be provided in lieu of this. It is 5 days working.
- Experience in customer service role/handling technical support is an added advantage
- Comfortable working with technology applications
- Ability to work with data, generate and analyze reports
- Eye for detail and ability to comprehend the issue
