A new online application portal is being launched by the Union Public Service Commission to facilitate online registration and application form completion. Three of the four components on the portal are Account creation, Universal
While the fourth module is examination specific and can be completed within the time frame permitted in the notification of an examination, the registration and common application forms are common to all examination applications and can be completed at any time by the candidate. Candidates must use the https://upsconline.nic.in website to submit their applications online.
Every applicant must complete the application and upload their supporting documentation to the recently launched portal.

Education Required:
The Army Wing of the National Defence Academy requires the following educational requirements: (i) a 12th class pass on the 10+2 school education pattern or an equivalent test administered by a university or the State Education Board.
(ii) For the National Defence Academy’s Air Force and Naval Wings and the Indian Naval Academy’s 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme: a 12th grade diploma in physics, chemistry, and math from the 10+2 school education pattern, or an equivalent program administered by a university or the State Education Board.
Candidates may also apply for this exam if they are taking the 10+2 pattern of school education for their 12th grade exam or a comparable exam.

Candidates (excepting SC/ST candidates/female candidates / Wards of
JCOs/NCOs/ORs specified in Note 2 below who are exempted from payment of fee) are
required to pay a fee of Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only) by using
Visa/Master/RuPay Credit/Debit Card/UPI Payment or by using internet banking of any
Bank.
N.B. 1 : Candidates should note that payment of examination fee can be made only
through the modes prescribed above. Payment of fee through any other mode is neither
valid nor acceptable. Applications submitted without the prescribed fee/mode (unless
remission of fee is claimed) shall be summarily rejected.
N.B. 2 : Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances nor can the fee
be held in reserve for any other examination or selection.
