- Your Responsibilities:You need to do requirement Elicitation and Analysis:• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.• Elicit, document, and analyse business requirements, processes, and workflows.• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for project teams.2. Solution Design:• Collaborate with various teams during busy seasons and closely work with them to deliver quality output within stipulated timeframes.• Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.• Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization’s strategic goals and technological capabilities.3. Stakeholder Communication:• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and various teams.• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.• Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and tax reporting.• Solid understanding of Processes and mechanics of different accounting standards.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills including the ability to operate in a deadline driven, dynamic, and collaborative working environment.• Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and produce deliverables of very high standards.• Should be well versed with advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and able to use in real life scenarios.• Proficient with Microsoft and other technologies such as Microsoft Excel (must), Microsoft Visio (must), PowerBI (must), , etc.• Experience with tax provision software systems (such as Longview, TRCS) is preferred.• Certification in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI (e.g., PL-300)
