Increase conversion rates and foster consumer trust in the Editage brand over rivals.
Increase the company’s income by promoting our services to customers via email, phone calls, and chats.Incorporate a human element into the consumer’s purchasing experience to impact repeat business.
Determine the mistakes on the webpage and offer fixes.
Track consumer input to find company trends, then share the results with important stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience

Service-oriented mindset with a focus on high standards - 0-2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in customer service through live chat is preferred
- Excellent written communication with an ability to make sales
- Quick thinker, able to adapt and improvise during conversations
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines with a positive attitude
