Under the manager’s close supervision, the HR Operations Assist Coordinator will be in charge of the daily tasks that must be accomplished for the relevant process in accordance with the established service catalogue and SLAs. Delivering standardised transactions from hire to retire for the work assigned will be the role’s responsibility. It will also make use of the necessary HR systems and technologies to meet process requirements based out of the India GBS location.

- Recognise the many systems and technologies that the HR Operations team uses. Make sure you fully comprehend the HR procedures related to the work that the ES team does, including data integrity and correctness.
In charge of managing the employee database
In charge of delivering services on schedule and in accordance with established SLAs and KPIs, as well as promoting operational effectiveness and ongoing development
Responsible for data accuracy and management
Maintain a high standard of operational excellence and customer service.
Prepared to work rotating shifts if necessary

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
