JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Customer Support Team serves as the company’s public face and offers our millions of clients first-rate front-line assistance. In order to keep customers at the center of what Revolut does, we collaborate with product teams as internal customer champions.
We are seeking an exceptional customer service representative to become a Support Specialist on our team. The goal of this position is to genuinely provide our global clientele with “WOW” levels of service. Rather than script readers, we want quick-thinking problem solvers.
We invest a lot of time on training you if you don’t think customer service is your long-term career path. This way, if you decide to switch teams within the organization, you’ll be prepared to jump right in.
