Job Description: We are seeking a driven International Voice Process Associate to become a member of our team. In this position, you will provide exceptional customer service, mostly via voice support, to clients from throughout the world. Strong communication abilities, a customer-first mentality, and the capacity to effectively handle problems in a hectic environment are characteristics of the perfect applicant.
Principal Duties:Assist with questions, grievances, and product/service details by offering expert customer service over the phone.
Ensure high levels of satisfaction and first-call resolution by rapidly resolving client issues.
To provide precise information and practical solutions, keep up with product and service details.

12th Pass

Candidates who have worked in BPO or voice process positions in the past are encouraged to apply. The minimum educational requirement is 10+2 (undergraduates are permitted).

- Good Fluency in English

- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
