JOB ROLE: Associate - Catalog

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Giving manufacturers/vendors support by verifying the data they provide and uploading it to Amazon’s catalogue, building new product detail pages or updating the ones that already exist (product description/content/etc.)
By examining online user reviews, classifying products correctly so that customers can quickly discover what they need, and conducting quality checks to ensure that everything that appears on the Amazon websites complies with business standards, website material is kept current and accurate.
Correcting errors on both the warehouse and client sides by employing internal tools and data analysis, while also suggesting corrective measures to avoid future issues that could arise at the customer or supply chain level.
Education Required:
- Any Graduation
- Any stream
Skills Required:
- Communication skills in English
- Good knowledge on skills mentioned above
- Customer centric.
