JOB ROLE: Talent Acquisition Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION:
All of the following roles are filled by members of our talent acquisition team:
A talent scout sources tech applicants from a variety of internal databases and portals. You promote TopHire to candidates via email and phone calls, encouraging them to build a TopHire profile. This position is essential to ensuring that TopHire has a broad pool of qualified tech candidates.
Talent Advocate: A Talent Advocate is given to each applicant on TopHire. The candidate is represented by the Talent Advocate, who also works to make sure the candidate has a positive TopHire adventure. The Talent Advocate assists the candidate with resume polishing, interview advice, assistance with negotiating job offers, and any other support the candidate may require.
Account Manager – You are accountable for the achievement of your accounts.
Education Required:
- Any Graduation
- Any stream
- Any Post graduation
Skills Required:
Excellent documentation abilities; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Capability to speak effectively and accurately with all consumers
Good composition skills include the ability to write an answer that is grammatically correct, succinct, and accurate.
- Experience in recruitment is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in any field. Engineering preferred.
- A desire to work in a small and young startup.
