Job description Interviews are held Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Job Description: We are seeking skilled executive professionals with experience in customer service.
WFO for the first three months. After that WFH. (If necessary, six days WFO every two months).
Telugu, Hindi, and English are necessary languages.
Workplace: Kondapur- In order to guarantee that every customer’s concerns are addressed to their satisfaction, the job necessitates communicating with them by phone. Accurately understanding the customer’s problem, communicating with them, and following defined protocols to fix the problem are all part of the job. You will interact with our clients from all over India in your role as a customer service executive. As a business, we are quite proud of the quality of customer service we provide to our clients. As a result, we only employ the top customer service specialists.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
1) Have strong communication abilities in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
2) A team player is required.
3) Possess a positive outlook and be dedicated to your work.
4) Adaptable to rotating shifts from 6:00 AM to 11:45 PM (any nine hours)
5) Minimum Typing Speed: 20–25 WPM
6) Maximum Age: 30 Years
