Working with the Data Maintenance team to update the Payroll Dashboard’s onboarding date
Adding changes to an employee record during the employee life cycleMIS assistance for payroll processing, headcount recons, and the yearly comp load activity
arranging and evaluating any modifications to the incoming hires’ onboarding date
Coordinating and processing all separations, salary continuations, transfers process, collecting
dues from separated employee’s loans and reimbursement
answering a range of payroll-related questions from staff members or HR, comprehending fundamental payroll procedures and jargon for our company.
Manage the fundamentals of the job while adhering to the precise directives, rules, and established protocols.
Computing the Full and Final Settlements of separated employees with stringent deadlines.
Communicate and work together with the HR operations team and other general ledger colleagues.
Education Required:
Any Graduation
