JOB ROLE:Tele Sales Associate(Remote)
Location - Permanent Work from Home
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- You have to Cold call, making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
- You are going to Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
- You will be researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
- You have to Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients.
- You are going to Present and deliver information to potential clients.
- You will have to Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
- You have to Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales.
- You have to maintain a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
- You need to Closing sales and work with clients through the closing process
- You have to Make 80-100 calls in a day
Education Required:
- Any Graduation
- Any Stream
- Any Batch
Skills Required:
- Very Good Communication Skills
- Presentation Skills.
- Negotiation Skills.
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Graduation is Mandatory.
- You have Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You must have Very strong relationship-building skills.
- You are able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- You must have Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close.
- If you have previous experience in inside sales as an intern preferred.
- You are Familiar with V lookup, H lookup, Pivot table, and CRM tools would be a plus.
- Above all, You must have a great attitude and a sense of ownership.
- You should know Language (English & Hindi Mandatory, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali & Marathi would
be a plus)
