JOB ROLE :Call Center Agent
Location - PERMANANT WORK FROM HOME
The Company provides customer service for brands and tech companies on-demand services , 24/7 support , every day including holidays.
- You have to answer the customer questions over the phone and need to be able to think on your own, communicate clearly and effectively in writing, and empathize with customers.
- You have to Diagnose and solve the customers’ problems via phone, email, and chat.
- You are going to Communicate effectively via phone, chat, and email with our customers
- You have to Coordinate effectively with peers and your manager
Inorder to achieve this, our operation includes representatives and managers working around the globe.

The selected candidates Duties are
- You must have Fluency in English, spoken and written communication.
- You must have Excellent communication skills.
- You have Personal integrity and conscientiousness.
- You should have Strong orientation on task completion, results, and strategic goals.

- You will be Continuous learner.
- You must have Good knowledge of G-suites (Google Docs, Gmail, Google meets, Calendar, and so on).
- You must have your own laptop and Noise-canceling headset.
