Technical assistance for Intel® Onboard Fleet Services SaaS Component, encompassing client enquiries, concerns, and payment matters, among other things.
• Support for Mobileye 8 Connect hardware technical issues.
• Pre-sales assistance for Intel® Onboard Fleet Services, answering enquiries from possible clients.• Provide call, chat, and email support for technical enquiries on OEM products (laptops, etc.) and Intel hardware (NUCs, Processors, Wireless, Graphics, Intel Unison, Ethernet Products, etc.).
• Use email, chat, and phone troubleshooting to resolve client concerns
• Use chat and phone to conduct remote access sessions (RAS) when necessary.

Should have a bachelor’s degree or higher, (B. Tech/ BCA/BSc Computer Science will be preferred)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
Must speak fluently in the appropriate language, such as Arabic, Telugu, Hindi, or English, if applicable.
• A bachelor’s degree or above is required; a B. Tech, BCA, or BSc in computer science would be ideal.
• Ability to manage client relationship and possess strong writing and verbal communication abilities.
• Fundamental understanding of Windows operating systems, Intel technology, and Microsoft Office
• Solid understanding of desktop/server hardware, OEM products (laptops, etc.), Intel hardware (NUCs, Processors, Wireless, Graphics, Intel Unison, Ethernet Products, etc.).
• Capacity to oversee several priorities.
• Capabilities for Process Improvement and Customer Experience.Desired Experience/Skills
• Don’t want to have your PIP or CAP active.
• There should only be two NI ratings.
• Must be prepared to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be available to work on holidays and the weekends.
