What you will do

- Technical assistance for Intel® Onboard Fleet Services SaaS Component, encompassing client enquiries, concerns, and payment matters, among other things.
  • Support for Mobileye 8 Connect hardware technical issues.
  • Pre-sales assistance for Intel® Onboard Fleet Services, answering enquiries from possible clients.
  • Provide call, chat, and email support for technical enquiries on OEM products (laptops, etc.) and Intel hardware (NUCs, Processors, Wireless, Graphics, Intel Unison, Ethernet Products, etc.).
  • Use email, chat, and phone troubleshooting to resolve client concerns
  • Use chat and phone to conduct remote access sessions (RAS) when necessary.

Experienced also

Should have a bachelor’s degree or higher, (B. Tech/ BCA/BSc Computer Science will be preferred)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- Must speak fluently in the appropriate language, such as Arabic, Telugu, Hindi, or English, if applicable.
  • A bachelor’s degree or above is required; a B. Tech, BCA, or BSc in computer science would be ideal.
  • Ability to manage client relationship and possess strong writing and verbal communication abilities.
  • Fundamental understanding of Windows operating systems, Intel technology, and Microsoft Office
  • Solid understanding of desktop/server hardware, OEM products (laptops, etc.), Intel hardware (NUCs, Processors, Wireless, Graphics, Intel Unison, Ethernet Products, etc.).
  • Capacity to oversee several priorities.
  • Capabilities for Process Improvement and Customer Experience.
  Desired Experience/Skills
  • Don’t want to have your PIP or CAP active.
  • There should only be two NI ratings.
  • Must be prepared to work a flexible schedule.
  • Must be available to work on holidays and the weekends.
  • Capacity to oversee several priorities.
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
