What you will do

    • Inbound Support: Accurately and sympathetically respond to consumer inquiries via chat, email, and phone calls.

      Outbound Calls: Speak with clients for non-sales follow-ups, feedback, and question answering.

      Email & Chat Handling: Draft clear, professional, and grammatically correct responses
      to customer queries.


      Social Media Support (if needed): Quickly and expertly address consumer concerns and inquiries on social media sites.

      Issue Resolution: Provide quick and effective solutions to customer concerns,
      escalating complex issues to relevant teams when needed.

      Data management: Make sure that all interactions are appropriately recorded in CRM systems and that updates are made on time.

      Cooperation: To guarantee a smooth resolution and improved client experience, cooperate with internal teams.

  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • Good Fluency in English
    • You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
    • You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google 
      • Experience: 1–3 years in customer service (voice, chat, email, or social media support).

      Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

      • Education: Graduate or equivalent qualification.
      • Skills:

      Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident tone.

      Strong written communication skills with good email etiquette.

      Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively.

      Prior experience in voice support, chat, email, or social media support

      preferred.

      Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

      Customer-centric attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.
