      provides value-added goods and services by analyzing the demands of the client and making sure the client is aware of them.

      Maintains current knowledge of internal communications and training to deliver exceptional customer service for basic incoming calls.
      Building client loyalty by having a thorough understanding of important goods and services
      serves as a role model for our group values and behaviors, assisting coworkers and clients in providing exceptional customer service by taking ownership of problems, resolving them, and knowing when and how to escalate them.

  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • Good Fluency in English
    • You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience

    • solid knowledge of the metrics used in contact centers for quality and customer satisfaction
