The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations by performing data entry tasks, managing and facilitating the flow of data between sales and accounting, and ensuring accurate and timely billing.

    • The position is an analytical position that provides Sales Data Entry Support.
    • The selected candidate must perform accurate and efficient data entry related to sales operations.
    • You need to facilitate the transfer of data from sales to accounting for billing purposes.
    • You need to ensure all sales orders and billing information are processed and recorded accurately.
    • You have to assist in maintaining and updating sales records and databases.
    • You must Communicate with sales and accounting teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
    • You need to Adhere to documented processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Education Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.

  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • You must have Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably within a sales or accounting environment.

    • You must have Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM and ERP systems.
    • You must have Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • You must have Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • You must have Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • You must have Familiarity with sales and accounting principles is a plus.
