What you will do
JAR is a progressive business committed to providing creative solutions. To join our team and support data-driven decision-making, we are looking for a driven intern business analyst.
Duties:
Examine market trends, financial information, and corporate procedures to find areas for expansion.Work together with cross-functional teams to collect needs and convert them into insights that can be put to use.
Help with the creation of reports, dashboards, and presentations with Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
Encourage efforts to optimise processes and suggest ways to increase efficiency.
To help guide strategic decisions, do industry research and competitive analysis.
To motivate improvements, examine user input and product performance indicators.
Work together with product managers to prioritise roadmaps and specify feature requirements.
To verify product hypotheses, use usability tests and A/B tests.
Make thorough documentation that includes workflow diagrams and user stories.
Monitor KPIs and share results with stakeholders to inform product choices.
To find software flaws, run both automated and manual tests.
Keep track of fixes, document bugs, and validate them.
Work together with developers to replicate problems and enhance the testing procedures.
Help with the development of test cases, scripts, and plans.
Keep abreast of QA tools and best practices.
