Qualifications
For the non-technical internship, you need to be able to:be a student from India who is enrolled in an accredited Indian university.
have earned a minimum of 60% in your most recent degree or course.
NOT be graduating in the summer of 2025 or in your last semester.
be working toward appropriate degrees, such as a Bachelor of Economics, Statistics, Management, or LL.B. (for a complete list, refer to the official standards).
Education Required:
1.1. There will be two internship programs every year: a summer internship program and a winter internship program.
1.2. Depending on the candidate’s performance, NeGD’s requirements, and the intern’s willingness to work with NeGD, the internship’s minimum term is two months, with the possibility of an extension of up to one month, for a total of three months.
1.3. NeGD will assign a mentor to each group of interns or individual interns, ideally the Division/Project Head.

Three sections make up the form: two reference details, academic details, and personal details.
Upload the necessary files:
A recent passport-sized photo
Signature scan (less than 50 KB)
Grades 10 and 12 marksheets
Current academic grades
letter of recommendation from the organization that is sponsoring you
Purpose Statement (100–250 words)
conversion letter (if appropriate) for CGPA.
Send in the application.
Before selecting “Submit,” go over all the information and documents.
An acknowledgement letter with a special reference number will be created and sent to the email address you registered with after your submission is successful.
