- Employee Data Management: Enter, update, and verify employee information in trackers and spreadsheets; maintain accurate employee master data and lifecycle records; create basic HR data reports and documentation status summaries; assist with periodic internal reviews and help identify gaps; maintain and validate offer letters, appointment letters, and statutory documents; organize and update employee files (physical + digital); track, follow up, and close pending/missing documentation.

- BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
