Identify and appraise consumers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
Build trusting relationships through open and interactive conversation.
Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using the appropriate methods/tools.Meet personal or team productivity targets, as well as phone and email handling targets.
Handle concerns, present acceptable solutions and alternatives within the time frame, and follow up to assure resolution.
Maintain records of client interactions, manage customer accounts, and file papers.
Follow the communication processes, rules, and policies.
Go the additional mile to engage clients and create a WOW experience!
Resolve consumer issues using phone, email, chat, or social media.
Use outbound methods to contact customers and confirm account information.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in Telugu & English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- Proven customer support experience.
Track record of exceeding quotas.
Strong phone, email, and chat contact management abilities, as well as active listening
Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of personalities
Excellent communication in Telugu and Hindi (reading, writing, and speaking).
Capability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time well.
Requirements include basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, as well as a graduate degree.
