Siemens introduces Women Transform Tech, an opportunity to test your abilities, participate in domain-specific competitions, and demonstrate your technological know-how. The following rounds make up the Women Transform Tech Contest:
Round 1: A sixty-minute test with thirty-two questions encompassing essay writing, quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and English proficiency.
Round 2: Those who made the short list in Round 1 will move on to a technical and advanced aptitude round (technical + advanced aptitude for CS/IT).

The period for registration is March 8, 2025, from 12:00 AM to March 25, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
First round: March 26, 2025, 12:00 AM–March 28, 2025, 12:00 PM
Second round: March 30–31, 2025, 12:00 AM–12:00 AM
Specifics of the Position:
Product Quality Executive, Mechanical Developer, Business Development Professional (HV AIS/GIS), EHS Professional (Factory, Sites), Safety Officer, Manufacturing, Engineering, Presales, Sales, and Project Management for BE/BTech (Mechanical, Electrical)
For BE/BTech (CS, IT) developers who are proficient in Java, Angular, C++, and Linux
For System Engineers, Signaling Engineers, BE/BTech (EEE, ECE, ME)
For Field Engineers with extensive travel experience and knowledge of field equipment, BE/BTech (Instrumentation), Commissioning & Installation of Digitalization Applications – Support & Services
Education Required:
- Eligible Courses – BE/BTech– Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- Candidate must have completed graduation in the year 2024 or 2023 or 2022 or 2021.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English

- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
