What you will do
Responsibilities:
- Assist in tasks related to operational risk management, including assessment, measurement, monitoring, and management of risks.
- Learn the tools and frameworks of Operational Risk Management and assist in their implementation.
- Perform periodic monitoring and reporting of risk management actions with different departments of the bank.
- Participate in conducting business continuity assessments/tests/drills and generate reports.
- Assist in preparing presentations and minutes for Risk Management Committee meetings.
- Collaborate with teams to follow up and monitor regulatory compliance related to risk management.
- Prepare regulatory reports related to Operational Risk and Cyber Security.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Operational Risk.
Requirements:
- Proven experience is not required as this is a trainee position, but a keen interest in risk management is preferred.
- A degree in finance, risk management, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
