• Responds to a certain proportion of the large number of customer enquiries it receives regarding FIS goods and services.
• Troubleshoots client issues, locates the source of the issue, and makes appropriate use of tools and resources to decide how to fix the issue.
• Will escalate to the appropriate resource if problems cannot be resolved in a reasonable length of time. follows up with coaching and mentoring on situations that have escalated in order to find the right answer and increase general knowledge.
• Keeps track of and records incoming support requests and makes sure that customer concerns are appropriately noted.
• Ensures accurate entry of contact information and updates customer data.
• Fulfils job requirements, including quality standards, timeliness, and average handling time.
• May offer direction and/or mentorship to Customer Service Associates with less experience

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
