      – Handle customer complaints ,provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.

  • Handling the calls with good communication skills professionally. Can speak fluently in English with Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada &Telugu.

    Exceptional phone manner.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Offer assistance to customers.
    Capacity to comprehend the problem and address the many questions
    Experience with the International Voice Process that is pertinent

    Outstanding written and vocal English communication abilities
    Excellent customer service abilities
    Working five days a week and taking weekly breaks
    Be at ease working voice processes and rotating shifts.
    Plans to take time off during the first three months of the probationary term should be avoided.
    shouldn’t be going to school regularly.
