JOB DESCRIPTION:
In accordance with Wipro’s Service Desk goals, this position serves as the initial point of contact for B2B users who contact the Wipro Service Desk in order to troubleshoot pertinent end user concerns.
1. As a Support Analyst, you will be in charge of helping end users with network issues, system administration issues, and application problems.
2. Identify, rank, troubleshoot, and fix IT issues that users report by phone, chat, email, or in-person.3. Determine which tickets need immediate attention and take appropriate action.
4. Using the incident management application, log every contact and precisely and thoroughly record all actions and outcomes.
5. Respond to and handle help desk inquiries
