JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under the Ministry of Communications, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), one of the biggest public sector undertakings in India, has formally published the BSNL Senior Executive Trainee (SET) Recruitment 2025 Notification.

🧾 Selection Process
The recruitment will be based purely on merit through a Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by Document Verification.
Selection Stages:
Computer-Based Online Examination (CBT) – Objective Type Questions
Document Verification – Shortlisted candidates must present original documents supporting their eligibility.
Qualifying Marks (Expected):
General / EWS: 45%
OBC: 40%
SC / ST / PwBD: 35%

Education Required:
For Telecom Stream:
Candidate must have completed a Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E/B.Tech) or its equivalent in disciplines such as:
Electronics & Communication
Computer Science
Information Technology
Electrical / Instrumentation / Telecommunication
Minimum 60% aggregate marks are required from a recognized university or institute.
For Finance Stream:
Candidate must have passed the Final Examination of:
Chartered Accountants (CA), or
Cost & Management Accountants (CMA) (earlier known as ICWA).
- Age Limit
Minimum Age: 21 years
Maximum Age: 30 years
Age Relaxation (as per Government Rules):
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
SC/ST: 5 years
PwBD (General): 10 years
PwBD (OBC): 13 years
PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
Ex-Servicemen: As per Government of India regulations
