🔹 Scale I Manager

ELIGIBILITIES Required:
Local Candidates Are Needed
According to Presidential Order 1975, the candidate must be an Andhra Pradesh native.
Qualifications for Education
Manager (Scale-I): Postgraduate from an accredited university OR graduate with 60% of the possible points.
Graduate of an accredited university to work as a staff assistant.
Furthermore:
Telugu proficiency is preferred.
English proficiency is required.
Knowledge with computers is preferred.
🎯 Maximum Age (as of July 1, 2025)
Individuals aged 20 to 28 (General Category)
Age relaxation under government regulations:
SC/ST: five years
BC: +3 years
PwBD: ten to fifteen years
Ex-Servicemen/Widows – As per rules
📝 The Selection Procedure
Selection will be determined by an online test that includes:
Reasoning Proficiency: 40 Questions/50 Points
Quantitative Proficiency: 40 Questions/50 Points
English Language: 40 Questions and 40 Points
General Knowledge: 40 Questions/40 Points
Computer Knowledge: 20 Marks, 40 Questions
👉 Total: 120 minutes, 200 questions, and 200 marks Each incorrect response has a 0.25 mark in negative marking.
📑 Application Charge
SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: ₹590/-
OC/BC/EWS: ₹826 (GST included; only online payments accepted)

SALARY :
Manager (Scale-I): Approx. ₹9.0 LPA CTC (as per IBA scales). Staff Assistant: Approx. ₹7.2 LPA CTC, with starting gross emoluments of ₹47,198/- per month.
