We are seeking a Customer Success Manager with a base in India who will be in charge of cultivating enduring connections with our clients.
We are seeking a dependable, analytical, and diligent person to join our Customer Success Team and collaborate with our internal teams and clients. Our ideal applicant is self-motivated, a natural problem solver, a terrific multi-tasker, a good communicator, an exceptional listener, and able to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.
In addition to a history in project management or customer success management and a track record of reaching or surpassing program goals, our ideal candidate will have experience building B2B partnerships across functional areas.

- Give internal DLOCAL teams the “voice of the customer.”
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with your main clients.
Work together with clients to learn more about their objectives.
In order to create and match prioritized project plans for assigned accounts with established milestones and objectives, give top priority to the identification of client strategic needs, initiatives, and deployment opportunities.
Lead team projects that increase productivity and create Customer Success methodologies.
Work together and communicate with the many departments of the business.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Customer Success experience (B2B preferred).
- Advanced Excel Skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent written and verbal English.
- Experience in payments – Huge advantage.
- Ability to travel.
- Team spirit.
- Proactive behavior.
