JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Every day, hundreds or even thousands of emails are sent to modern corporations. A large number of these emails are to support (e.g., customer requests, questions, or help cases). Sorting through these emails by hand, setting priorities, and creating polished answers can be laborious and prone to mistakes.
Developing an AI-powered communication assistant that can intelligently handle these emails from start to finish is your problem. Incoming emails should be analyzed by the assistant, who should then rank them according to urgency, produce pertinent answers, and present the findings on an intuitive dashboard.
The objective is to decrease manual labor while increasing customer happiness, response quality, and efficiency.

Essential prerequisites:
Email Filtering & Retrieval
Retrieve every email that has arrived from the user’s email account (IMAP, Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
Emails with subject lines that include “Support,” “Query,” “Request,” or “Help” should be filtered.
Each filtered email’s pertinent details are extracted and shown on the dashboard:
The email address of the sender
Subject: Body of email Date and time of receipt
Sorting and Setting Priorities
It should automatically classify and rank every qualifying email:
Sentiment Analysis: Neutral, Negative, and Positive
According to keywords like “immediately,” “critical,” “cannot access,” etc., the priority is either urgent or not urgent.
Establish a priority queue for email processing such that emails with the status “urgent” are processed first.
Context-Aware Automatic Reactions
For every receiving email, create a draft response using an LLM (Large Language Model).

You can utilize the following for NLP tasks (sentiment, summarization, and answer generation):
GPT models from OpenAI
Models of Hugging Faces (BERT, DistilBERT, T5, etc.)
Use the Outlook Graph API, Gmail, Custom SMTP, or common IMAP libraries to retrieve emails.
A basic database (SQLite, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL) is adequate for storage.
Assessment Standards
Functionality: Does the helper appropriately classify, filter, and contextually reply to emails according to priority?
Accuracy: How well the software performs in classifying emails according to their emotion, urgency, and importance.
