JOB DESCRIPTION:

- You need to Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers who use the company’s product, replying to inbound queries.
- You have to Ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities and possible upgrades.
- You are able to develop and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with the product manager.
- You need to Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Education Required:
- For Graduate Trainee position : Undergraduate courses with a Finance background (BCom, BBA, BBM).· 50% cut-off – 10th, 12th and Graduation.· No backlogs and Gap years.
- For Executive Position : Candidates from B.com, BBM, M.com or MBA (Finance) background· Good knowledge on Mutual funds, Stocks, and other financial products

- Communication skills in English
- Good Verbal skills
