What you will do
Allied Sales drive at each store with close follow-up for budgeted sales & LTL growth
Category penetration focus at the store level with focus on generating repeat orders
IHB Site Visit for Demand Generation across categories and driving higher Share of wallet across sites
Conducting IHB/CGC/Influencer Meets with the help of AHTS, Cement technical and allied partners
Identifying and New Influencer onboarding of different allied product categories
Outstanding collections and Follow Up ensuring zero outstanding above 60 days
New store rollouts in the catchment area (Lead generation, pitch facilitation, renovation project & final launch)
To ensure UTEC adoption by the dealer by submitting Service Requests of Financial, Design and Value added Services
Monitor Outlet Upkeep and drive an elevated customer experience and product display at stores
Close on-ground vendor coordination to ensure last mile delivery of products on time and compliant to local regulations
Market insight generation on trends, competitor movement etc. as they are closest to the channel
Education Required:
- Minimum Qualification: DIPLOMA, BBA, UNDER GRADUATE
