JOB DESCRIPTION:
SheCodes is a first-ever initiative by airtel, designed to empower and celebrate female talent in the tech industry. It offers a platform for women to showcase their coding prowess and innovative thinking through a series of challenges and competitions. Participants engage in coding challenges, idea submissions/ startup pitches, with the chance to win exciting prizes and potential career opportunities with Airtel. SheCodes aims to break barriers, inspire confidence, and pave the way for women to thrive in the dynamic world of technology.
As a Young Technical Leader, incumbent needs to have a broad understanding of Telecommunication network, which includes Radio and Spectrum planning, Data Core and Voice Core network, Transport (MPLS/ISP and Fiber) network and Digitization and Network Quality. Will have exposure to various technologies such as 2G, 4G, 5G – NSA/SA Core, FTTH and Fix line, IP and network security.
- Should assist on Radio and Spectrum Planning where in New Site Deployment, Planning of RF Parameters, Capacity expansions of Network on various projects. Should work on Data core and Voice Core Planning, Expansion and Deployment, Transport network (MPLS, ISP and Fiber optics)
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolutions: Help in identifying and troubleshoot network issues such as signal Interference, coverage gaps, and connectivity and call flow issues
- Responsible for program Management of special projects by co-ordinate with partners and 3rd party vendors for getting the work executed
- Superior analytical skills to use the learnings from the above to translate them into tangible network KPIs that can be tracked on a regular basis to ensure the best customer experience
- Ability to design and implement creative tools and methodologies to track these KPIs
- Should engage in continuous learning to stay updated with latest technologies and contribute ideas for new solution implementations
- Work with cross functional teams to achieve business goals

Education Required:
- Students graduating in 2025 with B.Tech./B.E./Dual-Degree qualifications
- 7 CGPA or above (Average for 6 semesters)

- The participating students can be from any specialization/domain
- There is no restriction on the number of participants from an institute
- Modification of details post-registration closure will not be allowed
- Plagiarism is strictly prohibited during the online coding challenge. Any cases of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification of the concerned candidates.
- Any deviation from the above will result in immediate disqualification of the individual.
