What you will do

- The content analyst will collaborate with our content team to serve our clients’ demands and broaden AlphaSense’s content offering. Product managers, content analysts, software engineers, and content vendors will collaborate with you. Identifying and onboarding new material, setting up automated content ingestion procedures, and keeping an eye on content quality are some of the tasks that will be involved. Public company presentations, news, trade journals, publications, regulations, and other online content are examples of content sets.
  
  Strong verbal and written communication abilities, prior expertise with material onboarding and assistance, strong analytical abilities, web research, and troubleshooting abilities are all desirable qualities.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
0–4 years of experience entering and/or maintaining data.
a strong aptitude and a will to study. A large portion of the technical knowledge needed for success will be acquired on the job due to our broad clientele.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Linear, Notion, and SOP creation
Capacity to simplify and elucidate complicated concepts
An enthusiastic, imaginative person with a natural curiosity, quick learning curve, and adaptability
Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively under pressure
the capacity and desire to work on one’s own.
To assist the U.S. revenue team, you must be able to work a late shift.
