- The L2 associate acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our delivery partners, so to our delivery partners- you ARE Amazon. L2 Associates are expected to identify DP concerns and work on troubleshooting delivery partner issues and provide process improvement suggestions.

Excellent comprehension skills: the ability to clearly understand and articulate the problems that customers present; the ability to focus and follow through on problems without interruption in order to resolve them; the ability to work both independently and in a team setting; familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer; proficiency with typing; the ability to navigate websites; and a thorough understanding of email applications
