🔔 Note: All posts are on contract and subject to scheme duration and funding.
Program Execution: Make sure DDU-GKY is implemented at the district level without hiccups.
Coordination: Assist PIAs with placements, training, and mobilization.
Monitoring: Keep an eye on goals including infrastructure compliance, DDRs, placement percentage, and certified candidates.
Field Visits: Conduct routine visits to training facilities and supervise quality audits and biometric attendance.
Reporting: Send the State Mission Management Unit (SMMU) regular reports.
Liaising: Work together with local organizations such as PRIs, ITDAs, and DRDAs.
ELIGIBILITY
Qualifications in Education
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is the minimum requirement.
A postgraduate degree in: is preferred.
Social work, sociology, and rural development
Rural Management Master’s degree
Postgraduate Certificate in Rural Development
Technical Proficiency
6-month diploma or certificate in:
IT, MIS, and computer applications
proficiency with Internet tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Preferential experience with the Kaushal Bharat platform.
Experience at Work
Two years or more of relevant experience is required.
Desired exposure to:
Schemes associated with DDU-GKY, PMKVY, NRLM, NULM, and NSQF.
Digital attendance systems, MIS dashboards, and PFMS.
Maximum Age: 45 years old as of August 1, 2025.
