What you will do

- Any skills related to the role

  Answer calls and emails from customers.
  Diagnose and fix technical problems.
  Keep accurate incident records.
  Provide timely service to guarantee client satisfaction.
  Operations of the Service Desk
  ITSM Tools (CA Service Desk, HPSM, BMC Remedy, and ServiceNow)
  Active Directory (Account Unlock, Password Reset, User Management)
  Support for Microsoft Office and O365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
  Troubleshooting Windows OS (7/8/10) and Desktop
  Citrix, VPN, and Exchange Support
  Troubleshooting Hardware and Networks (LAN, Printers, Devices)
  Remote troubleshooting for printers, laptops, desktop computers, and mobile devices
  Basics of SCCM, patch management, and antivirus
  Chat, Email, and Voice (Superb Communication Skills) Understanding of ITIL Procedures

Education Required:

B.Com or BBA from a recognized university
Graduation completed on or after 01 April 2022
Minimum Marks:
General/OBC: 60% & above
SC/ST: 40% & above
Age Limit:
Maximum 25 years
