JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Our clients receive technical help from our centralised IT Service Desk team, which includes troubleshooting and resolving IT issues and guaranteeing the seamless operation of their computer systems and IT services. Up to 90 international clients on various geographies are serviced worldwide by a 15,000-person Service Desk crew. Technological improvements have brought about substantial modifications in the landscape of IT service desk. These days, a lot of businesses use AI chatbots to automate and expedite their support procedures. Artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots use natural language processing to manage simple activities and instantly respond to frequently asked user questions, freeing up human analysts’ time. Another trend that is gaining pace is robotic process automation (RPA), which allows rule-based and repetitive operations to be automated, freeing up analyst time.

What you will do

Assist end users with their IT-related questions and problems by offering first-line technical help. Track and record all support tickets to guarantee proper documentation and prompt problem solving.
Diagnose and fix technical issues to reduce downtime; work with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and guarantee timely resolution; and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to improve self-service options and streamline problem-solving. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Education Required:
- 2024 Batch of B.E/B.Tech of any branch (UG full time degree).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- At the time of joining, all recruits need to have a minimum 50% aggregate in the pursuing degree with no standing arrears.
- Opportunities are open to Indian nationals / OCIs / PIOs who are currently residing in India.
- Flexible to relocate to anywhere in India, work in any shift / technology / domain, including work from office location basis business requirements.
