In order to create solutions that meet the demands of our users and HR Services objectives, the role requires you to give the HRS Learning & Talent Support Services team with first-line, high-quality learning administration support. What you will do
- Integrating classes into the Learning Management System of Deloitte
- Completing all of the planned reports
- Supply the list of delegates.
- Pre-work and electronic training materials are distributed;
- Concluding lessons and handling post-course assessments and comments;
- Assure that all system-related tasks and changes are performed precisely, within timeframes, and in compliance with protocol;
- Make sure that all data protection laws are followed at all times.
- Complying with operational and service level agreements;
- Managing additional processes for learning support services when needed
Education Required:
Any Graduate
