JOB DESCRIPTION:
- As an Associate Analyst for HRS Learning & Talent Support Services, you will assist the team in providing the North-South Europe (NSE) company with exceptional service. In order to create solutions that meet the demands of our users and HR Services objectives, the role requires you to give the HRS Learning & Talent Support Services team with first-line, high-quality learning administration support. The emphasis is on providing a consistently high level of customer care.

What you will do
- Integrating classes into the Learning Management System of Deloitte
- Completing all of the planned reports
- Supply the list of delegates.
- Pre-work and electronic training materials are distributed;
- Concluding lessons and handling post-course assessments and comments;
- Assure that all system-related tasks and changes are performed precisely, within timeframes, and in compliance with protocol;
- Make sure that all data protection laws are followed at all times.
- Complying with operational and service level agreements;
- Managing additional processes for learning support services when needed

Any Graduate
