MIS Data Entry Operator

Enter and maintain data into different MIS systems with accuracy, making sure it is consistent and full.
Analyze and check data for completeness and accuracy, finding and fixing any mistakes.
Updating and maintaining databases while guaranteeing data accessibility and integrity.
Utilize MIS data to create reports and summaries that will aid in decision-making and offer insights.
Work together with other departments to collect and distribute data, promoting smooth information exchange.
Respect privacy and data security guidelines to protect sensitive data.
Keep up with the latest developments in technology and MIS data management best practices.

Strong computer abilities, including mastery of data entry software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, along with a sharp eye for mistakes and their correction.
The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adhere to deadlines.
Capacity to operate both individually and collectively, effectively cooperating with peers.
Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities, able to recognize and address data-related problems.

Any graduate with skills aligned with the job

Knowledge on Microsoft office suite and data entry software.
Process and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors.
Good knowledge on database. Hands-on experience in maintaining and update databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Analysis reports and summaries from MIS data, providing insights and supporting decision-making.
Team player and should coordinate with other departments to gather and share data, fostering seamless information flow.
Should follow data security and privacy protocols strictly and safeguarding sensitive information.
